Dreams are one of my favorite things in life. It’s like going to the movies while I’m doing one of my other favorite things in life, sleeping.
Sometimes a horror movie is on and other times it may be a drama, but they always seem to give some insight into my deep thoughts and and emotions I can’t express in my ordinary day.
I don’t dwell on their meanings for too long but I am curious when I have an intense dream, wondering what it might represent or what it might be foreshadowing in my future.
The best dreams I hope to recreate the next time I sleep but that only happens on rare occasions.
Most dreams I forget about immediately and when I get out of bed I think, “I know that was really intense but what exactly was it.”
I never record them and rarely share them with others but I always hope that the next will better than the last.

Dreams are very exciting and should be apart of everyones life. That’s great that you can relate them to the films you watch. I would suggest writing down your dreams in a journal when you wake up so you can remember them. But, I understand the adventure aspect of it if you don’t write them down. That could be fun too! Also, maybe you should try lucid dreaming, which is taking control of the dream and understanding that you are dreaming, while you are in the dream.
